English Summer School 2010
Welcome to our English Language Summer School Programme, 2010. We are delighted to present you with an exciting Summer School Programme taught in our outstanding modern premises in North London. This summer we are offering a great package, including a wide range of courses, taught to the highest of standards by fully qualified and experienced teachers. We have a social programme of exciting events in London and around the U.K. We also offer excellent residential accommodation with host families or at Middlesex University. The Institute is an affiliated college of the University.

The Institute
We have a long-standing, excellent reputation for teaching international students which dates back to 1914. We offer a friendly, supportive environment which puts the needs of our students first. We are regularly inspected by OFSTED and The British Council.

Students may enrol for a minimum of two weeks starting on the following Mondays: 12/7, 19/7 & 26/7
Summer School Programme
- Elementary to Advanced level
- Average 14 students in a class
- Classes start on Monday mornings
- General English – 6, 9 or 15 hours per week
- English for Work & Business - 4 hours per week
- Skills Classes – writing, pronunciation & speaking – 4 hours per week
- IELTS – 9 hours per week
Staff
All teachers at The Institute are fully trained and qualified English Language teachers. Many are Diploma trained and are highly experienced teachers in their fields. Our teachers also hold university degrees, many to Masters Level, from British universities. Many of your teachers will have travelled extensively and will speak foreign languages. Most importantly, our teachers will have substantial experience teaching international students and thoroughly enjoy working with students from a wide range of cultures.
