Train to Gain – helping your business get the training it needs to succeed.

Train to Gain is a national initiative that has already had a huge impact on businesses across the country, because it offers employers Prospectus the opportunity to improve the skills and productivity of their workforce.

As an approved Train to Gain provider, the Institute can offer:

FREE TRAINING to help employees gain national qualifications in a variety of sectors
Subsidised training for staff who already hold Level 2 qualifications
Full Level 3 training
The possibility of wage compensation for companies with fewer than 50 employees to cover the cost of time spent in training
The possibility of up to £1000 worth of training for Leadership and Management (funded by the Learning and Skills Council)

ELIGIBILITY:

Recipients must be aged 19+
Recipients must be employed (includes redundancy period)
Volunteers and self-employed – now eligible for Train to Gain
